Privacy Policy

QuantVillage ("the Company") values your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy applies to the Company's websites (quantvillage.app, QuantField) and mobile applications (including Regression Practice) — collectively, "the Services."

1. Information we collect and how

We collect as little personal information as possible.

• Websites: No account is required and we do not directly collect personal information such as names or contact details. Access logs (IP address, access time, browser information) may be recorded automatically as part of operating the service.
• Mobile applications: No account is required. Game progress is stored on your device. Crash reports and anonymized usage statistics may be collected to improve app stability.
• Email inquiries: If you contact us by email, your email address and the contents of your inquiry are collected.

2. How we use information

• Providing and reliably operating the Services
• Responding to inquiries and delivering notices
• Analyzing errors and improving service quality
• Preventing fraudulent use

3. Retention period

• Access logs: retained for up to 12 months from collection, then destroyed
• Email inquiry records: retained for 3 years after the inquiry is resolved (for follow-up support), then destroyed
• Where applicable laws require a specific retention period, that period applies.

4. Third-party disclosure

We do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law, such as a lawful request from an investigative authority.

5. Data processors

We entrust data processing to the following providers to operate the Services.

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, data storage and delivery
• Apple Inc. — app distribution and in-app crash reporting (App Store)

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Requests sent to the contact below will be handled without delay.

7. Data destruction

Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay using irreversible methods.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will announce the change on our website at least 7 days before it takes effect. This policy is effective as of July 8, 2026. In case of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version prevails.
